Installing a roof rack on the Nissan NV200 is straightforward and does not require any drilling. The NV200 comes with factory-prepared mounting points on the roof, allowing the cross bars to bolt on securely and cleanly.

Installation Steps

Locate the Factory Mounting Points The NV200 roof has six factory M8 bolt mounting points. Remove the rubber covers to access the threaded holes.

Position the Cross Bars Place the cross bars on the roof and align each base with the factory mounting points on both sides of the vehicle.

Bolt the Bases into Place Use the supplied M8 bolts to fasten the bases directly into the factory holes.

No drilling required

Only basic hand tools (socket or wrench) are needed Check for Stability After tightening all bolts, gently shake the bars to ensure they are firmly secured with no movement. Load Rating Maximum load per bar: 50kg

Recommended combined dynamic load for two bars: up to 100kg

Adding a third bar can improve load distribution and stability for longer or heavier items..
