Normally we will deliver to you after your payment, as the courier driver pick up at 1 o'clock pm, So if you need to deliver quickly, you'd better pay before 12 o'clock, then we can deliver in the same day, the parcel can arrive you in time

Returns & Replacements

We understand sometimes things could go wrong; therefore we are more than happy to accept your return within 30 days of purchase with all the Returns and Refund Policies met.

• Items purchased must be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase
• Shipping costs will not be refunded if there are other items purchased together on the original invoice.
• Refund credit will be issued to you via bank credit transfer and you will be required to leave corresponding details onsite.
• If you request for replacement instead of a refund, please ensure a pre-arrangement is made via email or through a phone call.

Now we accept two payment way, one is internet banking, you can pay to our ANZ kiwisafety/06-0837-0308648-01, or you can pay to PayPal account:info@kiwisafety.co.nz, pay to PayPal need add extra 3% transaction fee.

If you want to view your order or track the parcel, you can log in your account,we also will send you to email about the New Order, Invoice, Shipment,if you still have some problem, you can call us 09 215 3695 for direct contact.

Updating Account Information

You can Updating Account Information in your account center if you forget account password, you can reset it by sending a letter to your email address,we will improve our login system, some timer later you can log in by your Gmail account name and password, you can log in by your facebook name and password.
