Repair one pallet jack frame

One customer buy the pallet jack and one bolt Falling from the pallet jack, normally, just put the bolt back and the pallet jack work properly, but the customer still use the pallet jack, so the frame bend and the bolt can not put it back to pallet jack 
After receiving the pallet jack from the customer, I also feel it is difficult to fix it, no spare parts anymore, the only way is to fix the frame of pallet jack
